Special Education Can Be Complex and Overwhelming

How Can I Help?

I bring my extensive experience in special education to support others in navigating the often overwhelming special education process. I work closely with educational teams, offering consultancy, advocacy, and advisory services to assist with meetings, paperwork, and effective problem-solving. Additionally, I provide students with tailored coaching to support their social and self-advocacy skills, along with academic assistance for success in the classroom.

My Mission

As a special education advocate, my passion is to support administrators, educators, and parents in navigating various aspects of special education.  I am dedicated to collaborating with school staff and parents to create the best possible plan for their students, fostering a positive and encouraging process for everyone involved.

Mrs. Anderson is quite frankly one of the kindest individuals with whom I’ve had the opportunity to work. Families, colleagues, and students alike feel Mrs. Anderson’s warmth, which allows for trust and rapport to be quickly established.

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa Anderson recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality and depth of the goals and objectives that she created for my special education students that were specific to the employment content area.  She went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I was looking for quickly and efficiently. The goals and objectives were clear, concise, and detail-oriented making it easy to use and tailor the information for individual use.  Thank you, Teresa!  I look forward to working with you again!
